The neoStat is a 12v powered thermostat with a volt-free switch. The neoStat communicates to the neoHub and other neoStats within your home to create a fully controllable network system for your home heating. Our 12v neoStat is compatible with the UH8-N Wiring centre. Simple installation is key with Neo. neoStat has been designed to replace an existing three-wire thermostat, and after joining the zone to the neoHub, a remote control is possible. The neoStat can be configured to work as a thermostat or as a timer- so if you want to take control of your towel rails or lighting - Neo offers you this and more.

We deliver all around the UK using DHL and Parcelforce. Standard delivery will take 1-5 working days to reach you. However, once the order is received, we will contact you to give you a more precise timescale. Usually, we will deliver the next day, subject to the date and time of when the order is received and the product.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday for delivery the following day. In the case of Bank Holidays, your order will be processed the next working day and delivered the following working day.
Remote areas: For orders to some addresses, especially in the Highlands of Scotland and Offshore, next day delivery options are not available, and delivery can take several days. Saturday delivery is unavailable for these areas.
