In condensing boilers, high efficiency is achieved by using waste heat from the hot flue gases to pre-heat the water in the boiler instead of just being exhausted through the flue. However, in doing so, the flue gases are cooled, and an acidic condensate is formed, which is often simply discharged into the normal domestic drain.Sentinel Condensafe+ is an in-line unit containing a special medium that will neutralise the acidic waste from condensing boilers.

We deliver all around the UK using DHL and Parcelforce. Standard delivery will take 1-5 working days to reach you. However, once the order is received, we will contact you to give you a more precise timescale. Usually, we will deliver the next day, subject to the date and time of when the order is received and the product.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday for delivery the following day. In the case of Bank Holidays, your order will be processed the next working day and delivered the following working day.
Remote areas: For orders to some addresses, especially in the Highlands of Scotland and Offshore, next day delivery options are not available, and delivery can take several days. Saturday delivery is unavailable for these areas.
